I want to acknowledge the wonderful experience my dad and I have every Saturday when we go to Simply Asia Benmore. We call in first on our way to place our order so that it's ready by the time we get there, and are always greeted by Faith on the phone. A warm, friendly, familiar voice who always remembers me by name and remembers our weekly order. She makes us feel important. By the time we get to the restaurant, Carol is always our waitress and has always timed the order to perfection. She also knows us by name too and makes my dad and I feel at home. Our first course arrives as soon as we get there , and the 2nd course is ready once we're done and timed to perfection. Just the way we like it. Carol always remembers things we like and recommends it if we are still hungry. She is an amazing waitress who always gets it right! Faith, Carol and all the staff are warm, extremely professional, friendly, and make our weekly experience at Simply Asia Benmore a memorable one. We wouldn't go anywhere else. They always remember our names which makes us feel special and makes us feel welcome and at home. I strongly recommend the Thom Yum soup. It is always made to perfection every time and simply delicious . I highly recommend Simply Asia Benmore to anyone who appreciates good service, good food and a warm hospitable ambiance. Where everyone always remembers your name. Not something you experience every day. I love it here. It was very quiet cause of the public holiday & I was looking for a place to just eat something. I'm quite happy that I bumped into a sushi place. Sushi is ALWAYS a good idea The gentleman that helped me was very lovely, patient and had a calm energy to him - odd that I actually didn't get his name actually, I was probably distracted. He was rather sweet. Onto the food, it so happened to be half price Sushi Wednesday, yaiy for me! In my head, I automatically wanted to eat everything - not cause of the special but because every time I have sushi it's at a sushi buffet so I think my mind has ruined me. I ordered some amazing menu items to nibble & try, I must say I wasn't too disappointed at all. I loved the presentation of the sushi & the taste of the Inari sushi (with bean curd), it was just divine. I also loved the deep fried salmon & avocado roll which had the most amazing flavour combinations to it. It was so perfect. Last but not least, I tried something really new in the spinach fried dumpling. I honestly didn't know what to expect & I thoroughly enjoyed it when I tried. With the accompanying chilli sauce, it made so much sense. On it's own, you wouldn't be wrong to think it was a bit bland. But overall, it's lovely. Aesthetically, it's not wow. It's literally like any other fast food takeaway spot so don't have expectations on how it should look like. But still, I enjoyed this fully.
Probably the best Simply Asia. Never disappointed from this outlet. Used to come here in 2009/2010, back here today and it's still the same great taste! The new spinach dumpling is a must try.
I love Simply Asia for their sushi. This time I started with sushi salad which was really amazing. The friendly service is always a plus.
